The cases of this nature are not purely juvenile cases of laws; it has a rather social factor added to it.
It is a mistake to believe that only adults can have the stress, the children do have their stress, the competitive edge of the education, the over-exposure of violence in cinemas on TVs, , the lack of supervision by the parents, the divided parents, and the careless approach of the educational institutions. All these have little by little contributions about the violence by children.
That the access to the weapons itself is a matter of investigation, but the fact that parents and the school have not bothered to make the children aware of the sense of law and order is the major factor. The increasing number of divided families, parents divided, with nobody to monitor the children as to make them aware of what is proper and what is not proper, is the basic need of this problem.
The major social institutions have devised the plans.
Communication between the children should be open both at the school amongst themselves, and the family level, among parents.
The environments at the home must be calm; the violent parenting can be a source of anger within the children which may outburst at the school.Teachers must build an excellent rapport with the children, their thoughts and activities like disputes amongst other students, their complaints etc should be addressed in a humane way. A child who is being bullied by other students must be taken care; the bullying activities of the students must be dealt calling the parents. And the last but not the least the children must be made aware of the law and society, that his duties and responsibilities to the society and family.
In short, treat the child as a human, and make him aware that is wanted in the family.
