KINDLY USE THE SUBWAYS

In India, the traffic has become a headache for everyone, the vehicles, the people on the roads, and the traffic police looking helplessly.
After the extremely successful drive against drunken driving, the traffic police have now set their sights on those avoiding subways.
According to the police, not using subways adds to traffic chaos and increases risk of accidents.
A special squad will be stationed at the subways and will fine every person who crosses the road there.
It is an accident zone area and people avoiding the subway aggravate the general traffic chaos on the road.
People who use the road crossing where subways are there shall be fined.
The fine will send out a strong message that subways must be used.
The government spends money on construction and maintenance of subways for the convenience of the public. It is the best way to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
Let us hope the smooth driving for drivers and lesser accidents.

The metro in all countries in all countries everywhere whether Asia or Europe, all are facing traffic bottlenecks.
The roads have become wider, the signals have been made to the latest technology, the traffic governing forces have been increased but still the roads are jammed especially during office hours, and sometimes during all the times.
Researchers said that people who use cell phones while driving impede the flow of traffic, clog highways and extend commute times.
It is bit like breaking wind in the elevator. Everyone suffers
The average person’s commute is longer because most probably the person in front of him in a mobile hooked.
The use of mobile has direct effect the way the driver shall drive.
Cell phone users are slower to hit the brakes and are slower to regain speed after braking.
The study conducted with drivers half- a – journey with hands free phone and other half –a- journey with no phone, the result was conclusive when the drivers were distracted by a phone conversation, they made fewer lane changes, drove slower and took longer to get where they were going.

KEEP YOU MAN – PERSUADE NOT MANIPULATION.

Some things are basic for the smooth and happy functioning of a marriage.
Honesty is the best policy, the more frank you are, and the fewer problems you will have in your relationship.
Do not leave your man wondering what you mean, let him know exactly what you mean.
A partnership always involves two persons. The marriage is not about a single person.
Ask him to be clear about the way he wants your relationship to be, and then be sure to acknowledge that in your persuasion. Once you have got a clear idea of what you will have to give or give up, the discussion shall be very clear and smooth.
You cannot change the mind, whether it is about a petty issue or a life changing problem. Your goal should not be about winning the arguments
Sometimes you may find yourself on the wrong side of arguments, pl do not be assertive, on the other hand, correct your wrong statement.
Try to listen to your man, everybody has after all a right to speak and duty to listen.
And last but the not least, find a suitable to do these things. No, not at time, when your man is too tired or when you are too exhausted.
A marriage is not a relationship of only bodies; it is essentially a relationship of minds.
